  • Cook cauliflower in saucepan of boiling water 10 min. or until tender; drain. Place in food processor.
  • Add cream cheese product and dill; process until smooth.
  • Serve topped with Parmesan.

Make Ahead

Prepare as directed but do not sprinkle with Parmesan; spoon into microwaveable serving dish. Refrigerate up to 24 hours. When ready to serve, uncover and microwave on HIGH 4 to 5 min. or until heated through, stirring every 2 min. Sprinkle with Parmesan.

    Tasty, loved it, i mashed it with a masher and it was easier than the time i whipped it! Very good filler for those doing the south beach diet
