What You Need

3 cups rotini pasta, uncooked
1 lb. (450 g) boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces
1 Tbsp. oil
1 small green pepper, chopped
1 can (19 fl oz/540 mL) Italian-style stewed tomatoes, undrained
3/4 cup Cheez Whiz Cheese Spread

Make It

COOK pasta as directed on package, omitting salt.

MEANWHILE, cook chicken in hot oil in large nonstick skillet on high heat 3 min., stirring frequently. Add peppers; cook and stir 2 to 3 min. or until crisp-tender. Stir in tomatoes; bring to boil. Simmer on low heat 10 min., stirring occasionally. Add Cheez Whiz; cook 1 min. or until Cheez Whiz is melted and mixture is well blended, stirring frequently.

DRAIN pasta. Add to chicken mixture; mix lightly. Cook 2 to 3 min. or until heated through, stirring frequently.

Store green peppers in plastic bag in refrigerator for up to 1 week. Seeded chopped peppers can be frozen in freezer-weight resealable plastic bag for up to 6 months.
