I made this using light cream cheese & fat-free zesty Italian dressing. We didn't bother with the Parmesan cheese as it was cheesy enough for us. My spaghetti was done before the sauce was ready, so next time I'll make the sauce first THEN the noodles. I also did what other users suggested & added onions, although a bit late, but hubby loved the dish anyway.
