What You Need!

1/2 cup (1/2 of 250-g tub) Philadelphia Chive & Onion Light Cream Cheese Product
1/4 cup  Miracle Whip Dressing
1 Tbsp. each lemon zest and juice
3 Tbsp.  finely chopped red onions, divided
1 can (120 g) crabmeat, drained, flaked
20   Belgian endive leaves

Make It!

MIX cream cheese product, dressing, zest, juice and 2 Tbsp. onions in medium bowl. Add crabmeat; mix lightly.

SPOON 2 tsp. crab mixture onto white end of each endive leaf.

TOP with remaining onions.

Substitute
Substitute Ritz Crackers or cucumber slices for the endive leaves.
Make Ahead
Separate endive leaves, place in shallow dish of cold water and refrigerate until ready to use. Crab mixture can also be prepared ahead of time. Refrigerate up to 12 hours before spooning onto drained endive leaves.

" I brought this to a potluck and it was a hit. I doubled the crab, and used crackers and cucumber instead of endive (since it wasn't very fresh at the supermarket). Unfortunately, I added too much lemon and didn't drain the crab enough so it was quite runny and I had to put it through a sieve before plating. But I would definitely do it again."
