What You Need

1/2 cup (1/2 of 250-g tub) Philadelphia Chive & Onion Light Cream Cheese Product
1/4 cup Miracle Whip Original Spread
1 Tbsp. each lemon zest and juice
3 Tbsp. finely chopped red onions, divided
1 can (120 g) crabmeat, drained, flaked
20 Belgian endive leaves

Make It

MIX cream cheese product, Miracle Whip, zest, juice and 2 Tbsp. onions in medium bowl. Add crabmeat; mix lightly.

SPOON 2 tsp. crab mixture onto white end of each endive leaf.

TOP with remaining onions.

Substitute
Substitute Ritz Crackers or cucumber slices for the endive leaves.
Make Ahead
Separate endive leaves, place in shallow dish of cold water and refrigerate until ready to use. Crab mixture can also be prepared ahead of time. Refrigerate up to 12 hours before spooning onto drained endive leaves.
