Creamy Cucumber Tandoori in a Hurry recipe

What You Need

1/2 cup Kraft Creamy Cucumber Dressing
1/2 tsp. each: ground cumin, curry powder, garlic powder and crushed red pepper
1/4 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
6 small boneless skinless chicken breasts (1-1/2 lb.)
1/2 cup each: finely chopped cucumber and thinly sliced green onions

Make It

MIX dressing and seasonings. Pour over chicken in shallow glass or plastic dish; cover. Refrigerate 2 to 3 hours to marinate. Drain; discard marinade.

PREHEAT broiler. Place chicken on rack of broiler pan. Broil, 4 to 6 inches from heat, 3 to 4 min. on each side or until cooked through.

PLACE chicken on serving plate; sprinkle with the cucumber and onions.
