what you need

3/4 cup Kraft Caesar with Bacon Dressing, divided
1 lb. cleaned large shrimp
1 bag (284 g) torn romaine lettuce
1/2 cup croutons

make it

POUR 1/4 cup of the dressing over shrimp in shallow glass dish; stir gently to evenly coat shrimp. Cover; refrigerate 30 min. to marinate. Meanwhile, soak 4 wooden skewers in water.

PREHEAT barbecue to medium heat. Remove shrimp from marinade; discard marinade. Thread shrimp onto skewers. GRILL 5 min. or until shrimp turn pink.

TOSS salad with the remaining 1/2 cup dressing; divide evenly among 4 salad plates. Top with the shrimp; sprinkle with croutons.

Jazz It Up
Add Kraft 100% Parmesan Grated Cheese, chopped fresh parsley, chopped fresh chives, chopped peeled avocado and/or cucumber slices to the salad before tossing with the dressing. Top with shrimp as directed. Serve with seasoned pita crisps instead of topping with the croutons.
