What You Need

1 tsp. oil
4 small boneless skinless chicken breasts (1 lb./450 g)
1/3 cup 25%-less-sodium chicken broth
1/4 cup Philadelphia Cream Cheese Spread
2 Tbsp. pesto

Make It

HEAT oil in large nonstick skillet on medium heat. Add chicken; cook 6 to 8 min. on each side or until done (170ºF). Transfer to plate; cover to keep warm.

ADD broth to skillet; cook on medium heat 3 to 5 min. or until hot. Add cream cheese spread and pesto; cook and stir 2 to 3 min. or until cream cheese is completely melted and sauce is well blended and slightly thickened.

POUR sauce over chicken.

Serving Suggestion
Serve with hot cooked rice, potatoes or pasta and your favourite cooked vegetable.
Variation
Make this simple sauce recipe part of your mental cookbook. For a change of pace, substitute 1 Tbsp. old-style grainy mustard or 1/2 tsp. coarse black pepper for the pesto. Serve with cooked pork or beef.
