What You Need

3 cups penne pasta, uncooked
1 Tbsp. olive oil
1 clove garlic, minced
1 skinless salmon fillet (1 lb./450 g), cut into bite-size pieces
3 green onions, thinly sliced
3/4 cup 25%-less-sodium chicken broth
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup (1/2 of 250-g tub) Philadelphia Dill Cream Cheese Product

Make It

COOK pasta as directed on package, omitting salt.

MEANWHILE, heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add garlic; cook and stir 30 sec. to 1 min. or until fragrant. Add fish; cook 2 to 3 min. or until lightened in colour, stirring occasionally. Stir in onions. Transfer to bowl; cover to keep warm.

ADD broth and milk to skillet; whisk in cream cheese product until well blended. Cook and stir on medium heat 1 min. or until slightly thickened. (Do not let sauce come to boil.)

DRAIN pasta. Add to sauce along with the fish; cook and stir 1 to 2 min. or until fish flakes easily with fork and pasta is evenly coated with sauce.
