  • Cook pasta as directed on package.
  • Meanwhile, place cream cheese product in large skillet. Add milk; cook on medium heat 1 to 2 min. or until cream cheese is melted and mixture is well blended, stirring frequently. Add 1/4 cup of the Parmesan cheese, the spinach, dill and lemon peel; mix well.
  • Drain pasta. Add to cream cheese sauce; toss to coat. Serve topped with tomatoes and remaining 2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese.

Serving Suggestion

Round out this meal by adding grilled chicken or fish.


Prepare as directed using your favourite bite-size pasta, such as farfalle (bow-tie pasta) or rotini.

    This recipe was very easy to make, and I would definitely recommend it to the pasta lovers out there. Instead of fresh dill (the grocery store was out) I used fresh chives, which complemented the herb and garlic cream cheese wonderfully! I added the spinach RIGHT before serving, and it was fantastic. I will definitely make this recipe again. It was very simple and easy, but very satisfying!
