What You Need

2 pkg. (4-serving size each) Jell-O Vanilla Instant Pudding
2 cups cold milk
1 cup cold half-and-half
2 Tbsp. brown sugar

Make It

ADD pudding mixes to milk and half-and-half; beat with whisk 2 min.

POUR into shallow 1-L baking dish. Refrigerate 15 min.

HEAT broiler. Sprinkle pudding with sugar. Broil, 4 inches from heat, 3 to 5 min. or until sugar is melted and caramelized. Serve immediately. Refrigerate leftovers.

How to Evenly Sprinkle Sugar Over Pudding
Place measured brown sugar in wire mesh strainer. Press sugar through strainer over pudding, using back of wooden spoon.
