SHAKE 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts (about 1 lb.) in 1 pouch Shake'n Bake Crispy Original Coating Mix as directed on package. Bake on foil-lined baking sheet at 400°F for 20 min. or until cooked through.
TOP with 1/2 cup Kraft Mozzarella Shreds, using 2 Tbsp. per chicken breast. Bake an additional 2 min. or until cheese is melts.
SPREAD 4 split buns with 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard each. Add cooked chicken, lettuce and tomato.
