1 Tbsp. sesame seed
1/2 tsp.  ground ginger
1 pouch SHAKE'N BAKE Pork Coating Mix
4   boneless pork loin chops (1 lb./450 g)

PREHEAT oven to 400°F. Add sesame seed and ginger to coating mix in shaker bag. Add chops, in batches; close bag and shake gently to evenly coat chops.

PLACE in single layer in shallow baking pan.

BAKE 20 to 25 min. or until cooked through (160ºF). Serve with hot cooked rice and vegetables, if desired.
