I didn't have any shake n' bake so I just used bread crumbs, parmesan cheese and a bit of dried basil to coat the chicken. My boyfriend likes things to be saucy so I poured the salsa over the chicken before putting it in the oven - it took a bit longer to cook but it kept the chicken nice and moist.

I said in another review that I can't cook if my life depended on it, but this was the first recipe that I tried, (more out of because I had to then because I wanted too!) - I did make a few changes, I breaded the chicken instead of using the shake'N Bake and I didn't have the Italiano cheese so I just melted kraft cheese slices over top. would make this again.
