Crunchy Granola

Crunchy Granola recipe

what you need

3 cups whole wheat cereal squares
1 cup each coconut and whole blanched almonds or peanuts
1/2 cup each sunflower and sesame seeds
2/3 cup honey
1/4 cup oil
1 1/2 cups mixed dried fruit (eg. Raisins, chopped dates, apricots or apples)

make it

COMBINE cereal, coconut, nuts and seeds in large bowl.

BLEND in honey and oil; pour over cereal mixture; toss until evenly coated; spread evenly into two greased shallow baking pans.

BAKE at 250°F (120°C), 1 hour or until lightly browned, stirring often. Stir in dried fruit. Cool on waxed paper. Store in airtight container for up to 4 days.
