1/2 cup MIRACLE WHIP CALORIE-WISE Dressing
1/2 cup  plain low-fat yogurt
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 large  cucumbers, sliced
1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
8   fresh mint leaves

MIX dressing, yogurt and lemon juice in large bowl.

ADD cucumbers and pepper; toss to coat.

SPOON into eight serving bowls; top with mint.
