Cucumber
Romaine lettuce
Green onion
Kraft Thousand Island Dressing

Just follow our 3 simple steps

TRIM ends off a cucumber and cut in half crosswise and lengthwise. Run a spoon down the centre to remove seeds. Using a sharp vegetable peeler or other slicer, thinly slice each piece lengthwise into ribbons. Place ribbons in a large bowl of ice water and chill at least a half hour.

DRAIN and toss in large bowl, along with 4 cups torn romaine lettuce and 1/2 cup thinly sliced green onions.

DIVIDE salad among 4 bowls and pour 1 tbsp. Kraft Thousand Island or French Dressing over top of each. For added crunch, crumble a package of dry Ramen noodles (reserving seasoning packet for another use) into salad before tossing.

Substitute
Instead of cucumber ribbons, thinly slice cucumbers into rounds. No need to chill before proceeding.
