What You Need

1 lb. (450 g) pork tenderloin, cut into bite-size pieces
1 each green and red pepper, coarsely chopped
1 onion, coarsely chopped
1/3 cup Philadelphia Light Cream Cheese Spread
1 Tbsp. Thai green curry paste
1/2 cup lite coconut milk
1/2 cup water
1 cup snow peas
2-2/3 cups hot cooked long-grain brown rice
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro

Make It

COOK and stir meat in large skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium-high heat 4 min. or until evenly browned. Add peppers and onions; cook 4 to 6 min. or until crisp-tender, stirring constantly.

ADD next 4 ingredients; cook 3 min. or until cream cheese spread is melted, stirring constantly. Bring just to boil; simmer on medium-low heat 8 min. or until meat is done, stirring frequently. Add snow peas; cook and stir 2 min.

SERVE over rice; top with cilantro.
