Deep-Dish Turkey Pot Pie recipe

what you need

1 cup hot water
1 pkg. (120 g) Stove Top Stuffing Mix for Chicken or Turkey
3 cups chopped cooked turkey
2 cups frozen mixed vegetables, thawed
1 can (10 fl oz/284 mL) cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup milk

make it

HEAT oven to 375°F. Add hot water to stuffing mix; stir just until moistened.

PLACE turkey and vegetables in 2-L casserole dish. Mix soup and milk; pour over turkey mixture. Stir gently; top with stuffing.

BAKE 30 min. or until heated through.

Variation
Substitute cooked chicken for the turkey and frozen cut green beans for the mixed vegetables.
