"This is so quick and easy to make. It's also so easy to change it up by changing the meat and/or BBQ sauce. I added the last of my zucchini to the veggies in this. My son suggested putting it over noodles instead of rice so we'll try that next."

"This recipe is awesome, so good and very quick to make...delicious. I will add more shrimp next time, I used peeled and tail off smaller cooked shrimp, I also only used 1/2 the amount of green pepper"
