What You Need

1/3 cup sugar
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 small green apple, cut into 40 thin slices
1 small red apple, cut into 40 thin slices
1 pkg. (200 g) Cracker Barrel Light Medium Cheddar Cheese, cut into 20 slices
40 Triscuit 40% Less Fat Crackers

Make It

HEAT oven to 350ºF.

MIX sugar and cinnamon in medium bowl. Add apples; toss to coat. Cut cheese slices diagonally in half.

PLACE crackers in single layer on baking sheet; top with cheese and apples.

BAKE 4 to 5 min. or until cheese is melted. Serve warm.

Substitute
Prepare using Cracker Barrel Marble Cheddar Cheese Light.
Special Extra
Add 1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg to cinnamon-sugar mixture before using as directed.
