What You Need

1 onion, chopped
Dash crushed red pepper
1 Tbsp. oil
1 can (19 fl oz/540 mL) chili-style stewed tomatoes, undrained
1 can (14 fl oz/398 mL) no-salt-added black beans, rinsed
1 cup frozen corn
1/2 cup Kraft Tex Mex Light Shredded Cheese
1/4 cup light sour cream

Make It

COOK onions and crushed pepper in hot oil in large saucepan on medium-high heat 3 min. or until onions are crisp-tender, stirring frequently.

STIR in tomatoes, beans and corn. Bring to boil; simmer on low heat 7 min. or until heated through, stirring frequently.

SERVE topped with cheese and sour cream.

Substitute 1 can (19 fl oz/540 mL) kidney or white beans for the black beans.
