PREHEAT oven to 350°F. Sauté sausages in large frying pan on medium-high heat for 10 min., pricking to release fat; drain. Set aside. Add pork chops; sauté for 5 min. or until browned. Stir in onion; cook until tender.
CUT sausages in half. Mix apples and vegetables with dressing. Layer on bottom of large casserole dish. Top with meat pieces and cover with apple juice.
BAKE 1-1/2 hours.
