What You Need

1 container (500 g) 1% cottage cheese
1 pkg.  (300g) frozen chopped broccoli, thawed, well drained
3/4 cup grated CRACKER BARREL Cheddar Cheese Light - Made with 2% Milk, Old or Medium
1/4 cup  roasted red peppers, well drained, chopped
4 eggs, beaten
3 Tbsp.  each: KRAFT 100% Parmesan Light Grated Cheese and plain dry bread crumbs

Make It

MIX all ingredients until well blended.

POUR into 9-in. pie plate sprayed with no stick cooking spray.

BAKE at 350°F for 45 min. or until centre is set. Let stand 10 min. before cutting into 6 slices to serve.

Substitute
Substitute 1 bunch fresh broccoli, cut into florets, for the frozen chopped broccoli. Blanch the florets and drain well before using.

" This was a fast easy meal, I made it for dinner with a salad. I loved it very filling and tasted great! I didnt have broccoli so I just used green and red peppers with frozen thawed spinach. Awesome dish!!!!"
