What You Need

2 cups baby carrots, cut in half
1 bunch broccoli, cut into florets (about 4 cups)
10 Ritz Crackers, crushed
3 Tbsp. Kraft 100% Parmesan Grated Cheese
1 Tbsp. non-hydrogenated margarine, melted
1/2 cup Cheez Whiz Cheese Spread
1/4 cup (1/4 of 250-g tub) Philadelphia Cream Cheese Spread

Make It

BRING 3 cups water to boil in large saucepan on medium-high heat. Add carrots. Reduce heat to medium-low; simmer 8 min. Add broccoli; simmer an additional 3 min. or until vegetables are crisp-tender. Meanwhile, mix cracker crumbs, Parmesan cheese and margarine; set aside.

MICROWAVE Cheez Whiz and cream cheese spread in 2-cup microwaveable measuring cup or medium bowl on HIGH 1 min.; stir. Microwave an additional 30 sec. or until Cheez Whiz and cream cheese are completely melted and mixture is well blended when stirred.

DRAIN vegetables; place in serving bowl. Top with cheese sauce; sprinkle with crumb mixture.

Look for 3/4 lb./340 g packages of fresh broccoli florets in the produce section of your supermarket. Each bag contains about 4 cups which is just the amount you need to prepare this tasty recipe.
Variation
Prepare as directed, using 30% Less Fat Ritz Crackers, Kraft 100% Light Grated Parmesan Cheese, Cheez Whiz Light Process Cheese Product and Philadelphia Light Cream Cheese Spread.
