What You Need

125 g (1/2 of 250-g pkg.) Philadelphia Brick Cream Cheese, softened
3/4 cup milk
3 eggs, beaten
1 can (14 fl oz/398 mL) whole kernel corn, drained
1 can (14 fl oz/398 mL) cream-style corn
1 cup Kraft Double Cheddar Shredded Cheese
3/4 cup cornmeal
3/4 cup flour
1/4 cup sugar
1 Tbsp. Magic Baking Powder

Make It

PREHEAT oven to 375°F. Whisk cream cheese and milk until smooth. Stir in eggs, corn, creamed corn and cheese.

MIX cornmeal, flour, sugar and baking powder in small bowl. Add to liquid mixture; stir until well blended. Pour into 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.

BAKE 30 to 35 min. or until golden brown.

Special Extra
For an adult touch, prepare as directed, adding 1/4 cup each finely chopped red pepper and green onions to the batter before spooning into baking dish.
Cooking Know-How
To soften cream cheese quickly, place in microwaveable bowl. Microwave on HIGH 15 to 30 sec.
