Have your eggs and bacon all in one scrumptious, savoury dish.
6 servings, one slice (100 g) each
chopped seeded tomatoes
Kraft Part Skim Mozzarella Shredded Cheese, divided
Oscar Mayer Real Bacon Bits
chopped fresh basil
PREHEAT oven to 350°F. Beat eggs, egg whites and water in medium bowl with wire whisk until well blended.
STIR in tomatoes, 1/2 cup of the cheese, the bacon and basil. Pour into greased 9-inch pie plate.
BAKE 25 min. or until puffed and golden brown. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake an additional 5 min. or until cheese is melted.
Have used this over and over...we love it and it is so darn easy. I only use whole eggs and leave out the egg whites...still good but likely more fat.

Very easy to make and the fresh basil and tomatoes give it real flavor. Although the recipe says it serves 6 there wasn't any left in the pan and I was only serving three!

This is a great recipe! I used an egg substitute, added mushrooms and made it in muffin cups so it's a nice healthy snack on the go! Will make this over and over again!

This probably would have been better if my roommate hadn't forgotten to add the extra egg whites! Even so, it was still delicious. Barely served the two of us, though. We added mushrooms, too, and that I was good for extra flavour.
