Easy Chicken Primavera recipe

What You Need

1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces
3 cups water
3 cups tri-coloured fusilli pasta, uncooked
2 cups fresh broccoli florets
165 g Velveeta Process Cheese Product, cut up (about 1 cup)
1 tsp. dried basil leaves
2 medium tomatoes, coarsely chopped (about 1-1/2 cups)

Make It

SPRAY large skillet with cooking spray. Add chicken; cook and stir on medium-high heat 4 min. or until no longer pink.

STIR in water. Bring to boil. Add pasta; cook 8 to 10 min. or until chicken is cooked through and pasta is tender.

ADD broccoli, Velveeta and basil; stir. Cook 5 min. or until Velveeta is completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring frequently. Stir in the tomatoes.

Make it Easy
Substitute 2 cups frozen vegetable blend, thawed, for the fresh broccoli. Let the kids choose their favourite variety to use in this one-skillet dinner!
