Easy Chicken Primavera recipe

What You Need

1 lb. (450 g) boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces
3 cups water
3 cups tri-coloured fusilli pasta, uncooked
2 cups fresh broccoli florets
165 g Velveeta Process Cheese Product, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
1 tsp. dried basil leaves
2 tomatoes, coarsely chopped

Make It

COOK and stir chicken in large skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium-high heat 4 min. or until no longer pink.

STIR in water. Bring to boil. Add pasta; cook 8 to 10 min. or until chicken is done and pasta is tender.

ADD broccoli, Velveeta and basil; stir. Cook 5 min. or until Velveeta is completely melted and sauce is well blended, stirring frequently. Stir in tomatoes.

Substitute 2 cups thawed frozen vegetable blend for the fresh broccoli, letting the kids choose their favourite variety of frozen vegetables.
