Easy Chicken Stir-Fry Skillet recipe

What You Need

2 tsp. oil
1 lb. (450 g) boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
3 cups frozen stir-fry vegetables, thawed
1/4 cup Kraft Asian Sesame Dressing
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 Tbsp. honey
1/4 cup chopped peanuts
2-2/3 cups hot cooked instant white rice

Make It

HEAT oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add chicken; cook and stir 7 min. or until done.

ADD next 4 ingredients; mix well. Cook 2 min. or until heated through; top with nuts.

SERVE over rice.

Special Extra
Add 2 tsp. orange zest to cooked chicken in skillet with the vegetables, dressing, soy sauce and honey.
Substitute
Prepare as directed, using blanched seasonal cut-up fresh vegetables, such as red pepper strips, sugar snap peas and thinly sliced carrots.
