What You Need

1 tsp. oil
1 lb. (450 g) pork tenderloin, cut into thin strips
2 carrots, sliced
1/4 cup Kraft Signature Sweet Onion Vinaigrette Dressing
2 Tbsp. hoisin sauce
2 Tbsp. water
1 green onion, thinly sliced

Make It

HEAT oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add meat and carrots; stir-fry 5 min.

STIR in dressing, hoisin sauce and water. Stir-fry 7 min. or until carrots are crisp-tender and meat is done.

ADD onions; cook 1 min.

Special Extra
For browner meat, sprinkle meat with 1 tsp. cornstarch before stir-frying as directed.
