Easy Deviled Eggs & Ham

Easy Deviled Eggs & Ham recipe

what you need

3 hard-cooked eggs
75 g sliced deli smoked ham, finely chopped
1 dill pickle, finely chopped
1 Tbsp. Miracle Whip Calorie Wise Dressing
1 tsp. Dijon mustard

make it

CUT eggs in half lengthwise. Remove yolks; place in bowl. Mash with fork.

ADD ham, pickles, dressing and mustard; mix until well blended.

SPOON evenly into egg white halves. Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate until ready to serve. Garnish with paprika, if desired.

Variation - Easy Deviled Eggs & Bacon
Prepare as directed, substituting 2 tsp. Oscar Mayer Real Bacon Bits for the chopped ham.
Jazz It Up
Stir desired amount of chopped fresh herbs, such as basil, parsley or thyme into the egg yolk mixture before spooning into whites.
For a Special Presentation
Fill a resealable bag with filling; seal bag and snip off bottom corner with kitchen shears. Gently squeeze filling, in a spiral motion, into cooked egg white halves.
