What You Need

6 small boneless skinless chicken breasts (1-1/2 lb./675 g)
2 Tbsp. lemon juice, divided
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/2 cup (1/4 of 200-g pkg.) Kraft Feta with Oregano, Sun Dried Tomatoes and Cracked Peppercorns Cheese
1/4 cup finely chopped red peppers
1/4 cup finely chopped fresh parsley

Make It

HEAT oven to 350º F.

PLACE chicken in 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.

DRIZZLE with 1 Tbsp. lemon juice; season with black pepper. Top with cheese; drizzle with remaining lemon juice.

BAKE 35 to 40 min. or until chicken is done (170ºF). Top with red peppers and parsley.

Substitute
Prepare using 6 skinless chicken thighs. Bake 40 to 45 min. or until done.
Special Extra
For an extra-special Mediterranean twist, top with 1/4 cup sliced black olives before baking.
