made a big batch and took some for lunch everyday for three days. Each day it was marinated a little more, by the third day it was too good for words to describe!

This was good. Normally I make greek salad with pepperoncini as well, so next time I may add 5 finely diced ones.

Love this. I make my own version as well. Just add calamata olives (black) and change the sliced tomatoes to cherry tomatoes. They burst and the flavour of the greek dressing surrounds them in your mouth. OUTSTANDING.
