8 eggs
2 Tbsp.  water
1/4 lb. (125 g) thinly sliced deli ham, chopped
1 cup  KRAFT Mozzarella Shredded Cheese, divided
3 Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro, divided

PREHEAT oven to 350°F. Beat eggs and water with wire whisk in medium bowl. Stir in ham, 1/2 cup of the cheese and 2 Tbsp. of the cilantro.

POUR into greased 9-inch pie plate or quiche dish; sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup cheese.

BAKE 30 min. or until top is puffed and golden brown. Sprinkle with the remaining 1 Tbsp. cilantro.

A frittata is a great way to use those leftover vegetables and cheeses in your refrigerator. Just stir them into the egg mixture before pouring into pie plate as directed.

Instead of chopping the cilantro with a knife, use small kitchen scissors.
