what you need

2 Tbsp. finely chopped basil
Grated peel of 1 lemon
1/2 tsp. cracked black pepper
1 pkg. (250 g) Philadelphia Brick Cream Cheese
2 Tbsp. Kraft 100% Parmesan Grated Cheese
2 Tbsp. chopped deli ham (1 slice)

MIX basil, lemon peel and pepper on shallow plate until well blended.

PLACE cream cheese in basil mixture; turn to evenly coat all sides, pressing basil mixture into cream cheese to secure.

CUT cream cheese block in half horizontally ; place one half on serving dish, basil mixture-side down. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese onto cut-side of cream cheese. Top with ham and second half of cream cheese.

SERVE at room temperature or microwave on HIGH 45 sec. or until warm. Serve as a spread with Triscuit crackers.

Variation - Rosemary-Lemon PHILADELPHIA Spread
Add 1 tsp. finely chopped fresh rosemary leaves to the basil mixture.
