What You Need

2 Tbsp. Kraft Zesty Italian Dressing
1 lb. (450 g) Italian sausage, casings removed
2 cans (10 fl oz/284 mL each) 25%-less-sodium chicken broth
4 cups frozen stir-fry vegetables (onions; green, red and yellow peppers)
1 can (19 fl oz/540 mL) white kidney beans, drained, rinsed
1 can (19 fl oz/540 mL) Italian-style stewed tomatoes, undrained
1 cup elbow macaroni, uncooked
1 cup Kraft Mozzarella Shredded Cheese

Make It

HEAT dressing in large saucepan on medium heat. Add sausage; cook 8 to 10 min. or until done, stirring occasionally to crumble sausage.

ADD broth, stir-fry vegetables, beans and tomatoes; bring to boil. Stir in macaroni; simmer on medium heat 8 to 10 min. or until macaroni is tender, stirring occasionally.

SERVE topped with cheese.

Serve with Ritz Crackers.
Substitute
Substitute ground beef for the Italian sausage.
Special Extra
Stir in 1/4 cup shredded fresh basil along with the broth, stir-fry vegetables, beans and tomatoes. Or if you prefer a spicier flavour, stir in 1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper instead.
