What You Need

Take 1-1/2 cups instant white rice and mix & match your recipe from these options...

meat options sauce choices add-in possibilities
chicken 1/2 cup Kraft Creamy Cucumber Dressing and a spoonful curry powder sliced snow peas and raisins
pork 1 cup Kraft BBQ Sauce and a few dashes crushed red pepper 1/2 can (14 oz) drained pineapple tidbits in juice and thawed, frozen peas
lamb 1/2 cup Kraft Greek with Feta & Oregano Dressing and a spoonful lemon zest chopped tomatoes and thinly sliced red onion
beef 1/2 cup Kraft Calorie-Wise Catalina Dressing, a spoonful Kraft Light Peanut Butter and a spoonful soy sauce sliced green onions and chopped peanuts

Then follow our 3 simple steps:

CUT meat into 1-inch strips. Thread onto skewers and set aside.

PREPARE sauce and pour half over skewers; marinate 10 minutes. Place skewers on preheated barbecue, discard marinade and grill until meat is cooked through.

MICROWAVE 1-1/2 cups instant white rice according to package directions, adding remaining sauce before cooking. Let stand 5 minutes; fluff with fork and stir in a few handfuls add-ins.
