PREHEAT oven to 350°F. Place butter in 13x9-inch foil-lined baking pan, with ends of foil extending over sides of pan. Bake until butter is melted.
SPRINKLE 1-1/2 cups crushed cookies and the coconut evenly over melted butter. Pour milk evenly over coconut; sprinkle with 2 cups broken cookie pieces and 1 cup toppings.
BAKE 25 to 30 min. or until top is lightly browned. Cool completely. Remove dessert from pan, using foil handles. Cut dessert into 32 bars to serve.
