What You Need

1-1/2 cups canned sweetened mango pulp
1 can (370 mL) evaporated milk
1/2 tsp. ground cardamom
1-1/2 cups thawed Cool Whip Whipped Topping
This simple Indian ice cream is flavoured with mango and cardamom.

Make It

MIX all ingredients except Cool Whip in large freezer-proof bowl.

WHISK in Cool Whip until well blended.

FREEZE 8 hours or until firm enough to scoop.

Special Extra
For more flavour, add 1/4 tsp. saffron threads and 2 Tbsp. chopped pistachios or slivered almonds with the Cool Whip.
Creative Leftovers
Leftover mango pulp can be frozen in airtight container up to 1 week. Use to prepare your favourite sauce or dessert.
Food Facts
Available in most Indian grocery stores, the sweetened mango pulp has a thick consistency with concentrated mango flavour.
