MEASURE prepared fruit into large bowl. Add sugar; mix well. Let stand 10 min.
STIR in pectin and lemon juice. Continue to stir for 3 min. or until most of the sugar is dissolved.
POUR immediately into sterilized jars or plastic freezer containers. Seal with sterilized two-piece lids with new centres. Store in freezer for up to 1 year or if used within 3 weeks, jam may be stored in the refrigerator.
