what you need

Take 2 Tbsp. oil, 1-1/2 cups uncooked instant white rice, 1 Tbsp. soy sauce and 1/2 tsp. each garlic powder and ground ginger and mix & match your recipe from these options...

boneless skinless chicken breasts mixed peas and chopped onions chicken
boneless beef sirloin steak frozen stir-fry vegetables beef
boneless pork chops mixed chopped celery, onions and carrots chicken
meatless frozen oriental mixed vegetables vegetable

Then follow our 3 simple steps:

CUT 227 g (1/2 lb.) meat into 1-inch cubes; set aside. Heat oil in large skillet on high heat. Stir in meat; cover. Cook 5 min. or until cooked through.

ADD 1 cup vegetables, the rice and soy sauce; mix well. Cook 3 min.

STIR in 1 can (284 mL/10 fl oz) 25%-less-sodium broth, the garlic powder and ginger. Bring to boil; cover. Remove from heat. Let stand 5 min.; fluff with fork.
