What You Need

1/4 cup Kraft Extra Virgin Olive Oil Raspberry Dressing
4 salmon fillets (1 lb./450 g)

Make It

POUR dressing over fish in shallow dish; turn to coat both sides of each fillet. Refrigerate 30 min. to marinate.

HEAT broiler. Remove fish from marinade; discard marinade.

BROIL fish, 6 inches from heat, 7 to 10 min. or until fish flakes easily with fork.

How to Purchase and Store Fresh Fish
Look for fresh fish fillets and steaks with a firm texture, moist appearance and fresh (not fishy) aroma. Whole fish should have bright clear eyes. Store in the coldest part of the refrigerator up to 2 days.
