what you need

Take 1-1/2 cups instant white rice and mix & match your recipe from these options....

liquid options add-in choices seasoning possiblities
1 can (10 fl oz/ 284 mL) condensed chicken broth 1 pkg. (300 g) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained; 1/2 cup each currants and cashews 2 tsp. ground cumin
1-1/2 cups orange juice 1/2 cup each dried cranberries and toasted almonds 1/4 cup chopped parsley
1 cup water, 1/2 cup salsa 1/2 cup frozen corn 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
1 can (10 fl oz/284 mL) chicken or vegetable broth 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms, 1/4 cup toasted pinenuts 1 tsp. dried thyme

Then follow our 3 simple steps:

BRING liquid to a boil in a large saucepan; remove from heat.

STIR add-ins, seasoning and rice; cover. Let stand 10 min.

FLUFF rice with a fork before serving.
