What You Need

1 can (10 fl oz/284mL) condensed cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup  sour cream
1 cup CHEEZ WHIZ Process Cheese Product
1 tsp.  black pepper
3 lb. (1.5 kg) Yukon Gold potatoes (about 9), sliced
1 large  onion, sliced, separated into rings

Make It

PREHEAT oven to 350ºF. Mix soup, sour cream, Cheez Whiz and pepper in large bowl. Add potatoes and onions; toss to evenly coat.

SPOON into 13x9-inch baking dish; cover with foil.

BAKE 1 hour 30 min.

Sprinkle with 1/2 cup Oscar Mayer Real Bacon Bits just before serving.
Substitute
Prepare as directed, using light sour cream and Cheez Whiz Light Process Cheese Product.

" I just made this for one of my Easter dinner dishes. I have to say it turned out AWESOME! So delicious! I added a few things...I used cream of Broccoli instead. Small bit of milk on bottom of pan, added some minced garlic,some green onion and red. Also added 1/4 cup more of sour cream and extra cheese. I even put some shreded cheese on top. EVERYONE loved it. Even my 3 yr old who will NOT eat potatoes!! Will definately be making again and again! Thanks so much KRAFT!"
