What You Need

1 can (10 fl oz/284mL) condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 cup Cheez Whiz Cheese Spread
1/2 cup sour cream
1 tsp. black pepper
3 lb. (1.5 kg) Yukon gold potatoes (about 9), sliced
1 large onion, sliced, separated into rings

Make It

HEAT oven to 350ºF.

MIX first 4 ingredients in large bowl. Add potatoes and onions; toss to evenly coat.

SPOON into 13x9-inch baking dish; cover.

BAKE 1 hour 30 min. or until potatoes are tender.

Sprinkle with 1/2 cup Oscar Mayer Real Bacon Bits just before serving.
Variation
Prepare as directed, using light sour cream and Cheez Whiz Light Process Cheese Product.
