What You Need

10 large uncooked shrimp (1/2 lb./225 g), peeled, deveined
3 Tbsp. Kraft Zesty Italian Dressing, divided
6 Ritz Crackers, crushed
2 Tbsp. Kraft 100% Parmesan Grated Cheese
1 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
1 small clove garlic, minced

Make It

HEAT oven to 400°F. Toss shrimp with 2 Tbsp. dressing; refrigerate 10 min. Meanwhile, mix remaining dressing with remaining ingredients.

DRAIN shrimp; discard dressing. Partially split each shrimp lengthwise by making long cut along underside of each shrimp, being carefully to not cut all of the way through shrimp. Open shrimp slightly; place, cut-sides up, in single layer in shallow baking dish. Top each with about 1 Tbsp. stuffing mixture.

BAKE 7 to 8 min. or until shrimp turn pink.

Make Ahead
Marinate and stuff the shrimp ahead, but do not bake. Cover and refrigerate up to 10 hours. When ready to serve, bake as directed, uncovered, for a delicious quick dinner.
