What You Need

1 lb. (450 g) broccoli florets
1 lb. (450 g) cauliflower florets
1/2 lb. (225 g) green beans, trimmed
1 large red pepper, cut into 1/2-inch-wide strips
1/2 cup Kraft Zesty Italian Dressing
1/3 cup Kraft 100% Parmesan Finely Shredded Cheese

Make It

ADD broccoli, cauliflower and beans to large saucepan of boiling water; cook 2 min. or until vegetables are bright in colour and crisp-tender. (Do not overcook.)

DRAIN immediately; rinse with very cold water. Drain well. Place in large bowl.

ADD remaining ingredents; mix lightly.

Make Ahead
Cooking the vegetables briefly and then cooling them off quickly helps retain their crunch and colour. You can prepare the vegetables the night or morning before serving. Refrigerate until ready to toss with dressing and cheese just before serving.
Substitute
Prepare as directed, except substitute, Kraft Calorie-Wise Zesty Italian Dressing.
