What You Need

1/2 cup Kraft Extra Virgin Olive Oil Aged Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing, divided
3 apples (1 lb./450 g), chopped
12 cups baby spinach leaves
1/3 cup dried cranberries
1/4 cup pine nuts, toasted
1/2 cup Kraft Feta with Oregano, Sun Dried Tomatoes and Cracked Peppercorns Cheese

Make It

HEAT 2 Tbsp. dressing in skillet on medium-high heat. Add apples; cook 5 min. or until tender and caramelized, stirring occasionally.

MEANWHILE, toss spinach with cranberries and nuts in large bowl. Add remaining dressing; mix lightly.

TOP with apple mixture and cheese. Serve immediately.

How to Toast Pine Nuts
Spread pine nuts onto baking sheet. Bake in 350°F-oven 8 to 10 min. or until golden brown. Or cook in skillet on medium heat 3 to 4 min. or until nuts are golden brown, stirring frequently.
