what you need

Take 8 large eggs, 1/2 cup water and 1 tsp. oil and mix & match your recipe from these options...

add-in options meat & vegetable choices Kraft Cheese possibilities
1 tsp. hot pepper sauce, 1/2 cup each chopped green onions and chopped cilantro 1-1/2 cups chopped cooked potatoes shredded Kraft Monterey Jack Light Style Cheese
1/4 cup pizza sauce 1 cup pizza toppings (sliced pepperoni, sliced mushrooms, diced green peppers) Kraft 4 Cheese Italiano Shredded Cheese
1/2 cup thinly sliced green onions, 4 Tbsp. chopped dill weed 1/2 cup drained cooked spinach Kraft Greek Salad Feta with Oregano Crumbled Cheese
1/2 cup sliced green and red pepper 2/3 cup sliced cooked bacon shredded Kraft Swiss Cheese

Then follow our 3 simple steps:

BEAT eggs and water with wire whisk until well blended.

STIR in add-ins; mix gently. Gently stir in meat & vegetables.

HEAT oil in 8-inch skillet. Add half of the egg mixture; cover. Cook 6 min. Top with 1/2 cup Kraft Cheese; cover. Cook 4 min. or until cheese is melted. Pour remaining egg mixture and cheese. Cover and cook 10 mins. more.

Serving Suggestion
Serve with a cooked green vegetable or a green salad.
Use Your Broiler
Preheat broiler. Place omelet under broiler 1 to 2 min., watching closely, until cheese is melted and omelet is lightly browned.
