Skillet Preparation
Cook meat and onions in large skillet on medium-high heat 3 to 5 min. or until meat is no longer pink; drain. Stir in tomato sauce, water and chili powder; cook until heated through. Transfer to bowl. Assemble recipe in skillet as directed; cover. Cook 2 min. or until cheese is melted. Top with sour cream and tomatoes.
Beef & Bean Casserole
Prepare using 1/2 lb./225 g meat and stirring 1 can (14 fl oz/398 mL) refried beans into meat mixture with the tomato sauce, water and chili powder.
