finally a lasagna recipie that does not have ricotta or cottage cheese in it! I made this for my boyfriend and I and he loved it to (even took some home)! I found it a little meaty, though, i may cut the meat in 1/2 next time. i also added green peppers along with the onions. it was even better the next day because the flavours had time to blend. I used garlic speggetti sauce and greased my pan with garlic butter and it slid right out!
