what you need

Take 2 cups instant white rice, 1 pouch Shake'n Bake Coating and mix & match your recipe from these options...

meat options sauce and seasoning choices vegetable possibilities
boneless chicken breast 1 can (10 oz) cream of mushroom soup, 2 cans milk and a dash of thyme frozen broccoli
turkey cutlet 1 can (19 oz) each whole tomatoes and water spinach and mushrooms
pork chops 1 can (14 oz) pineapple tidbits in juice (with juice), 2 cans water and a dash of ginger frozen peas
veal chops 1 can (10 oz) tomato soup, 2 cans water and a dash of mixed herbs frozen mixed veggies

Then follow our 3 simple steps:

COMBINE sauce and seasoning in a 13x9-inch baking dish. Add 2 cups instant white rice and 2 handfuls vegetables.

COAT meat (1 piece per person) in Shake'n Bake Coating; place meat on top of rice.

BAKE at 375°F for 35 min. or until meat is cooked.
